It’s likely to inspire a fit of giggles.’Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?’, trade analysts, declare has what it takes to keep you smiling your way back from the cinemas. Ajay Devgn, Konkona Sen Sharma and Paresh Rawal, illumine celluloid with this starrer helmed by Ashwni Dhir.
Wide Frame Films has joined forces with Hollywood giant Warner Bros (India) to unveil a laugh a minute flick, which is cast in the refreshing mould of squeaky clean comedies such as Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s ’Khoobsurat’, ’Chupke Chupke’ and ’Bawarchi.’
Devgn admits to be supremely thrilled in the manner in which the flick has shaped up. "The film has a great title and an identifiable theme," states Devgn in a media chat. "I’m sure that every home across the world must have an uninvited guest who has overstayed and caused inconvenience to that household."
Amita Pathak is pleased as punch with her trio of topline professionals and maiden production. "The comic timing of Ajay, Konkona and Paresh is so outstanding, that you don’t feel they are acting at all. The strength of the film is its simplicity."
Devgn, who has guffawed his way thro’ ’Atithi… states, "The plot isn’t new, but the novelty factor is the treatment. I’d recommend you watch the film with your family and extended family."
