Contrary to rumours that director Imitaz Ali has zeroed in on Anushka Sharma to play the leading lady in his next film, Rock Star, starring Ranbir Kapoor, she is not acting in Imtiaz Ali’s next film, clarify sources. Reportedly, the filmmaker hasn’t even approached her for the film.
Anushka has been busy shooting for Parmeet Sethi’s film with Shahid Kapur. She has no other films on hand.
Rock Star meanwhile is creating a buzz ever since Eros International has reportedly bought its rights from Asthavinayak Cine Vision.
