12 eggs… everyday. Fish and chicken. And not a drop of alcohol! That incidentally, would amount to Hrithik Roshan’s diet as he gets into super shape for Zoya Akhtar’s ’Running With The Bulls.’
Roshan Jr had piled on the pounds and turned plump for his role of a paraplegic in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ’Guzaarish’. Presently, he’s gotten back into shape and although he’s required to gain five kgs, Hrithik’s opted to gain the weight in terms of muscle mass.
Three hours of rigorous gym training and a strict diet regimen is the plan Roshan Jr. has in place towards his fitness.
The actor, who earlier enjoyed a drink or two, has sworn to abstinence from alcohol to achieve the physique he’s aiming for.
Says Hrithik’s personal trainer, "His carbohydrate intake in the evening ranges from low to almost nil. Results are expected in about two months. Hrithik is a very committed actor and although it’s not very easy, Hrithik will achieve the results that we have in mind."
