A Munnabhai ’jhappi’ is fine. Though, an intimate scene… in papa’s presence is a strict no no! Anil Kapoor dropped in to the sets of ’I Hate Luv Storys’ being helmed by Punit Malhotra, Sonam’s reported love interest.
A mushy candlelight dinner sequence was being canned at a swanky sea facing lounge on Ms. Kapoor and Sammir Dattani, when the senior Kapoor strode in! The scene in question centred around a proposal and a subsequent break up, with a few intimate close ups thrown in to revv up the heat.
A confident Sonam turned awkward and coy, blushed deeper without her Maybelline (oops, sorry, that’s rival Deepika’s territory!)… and completed the up close scenes only post her dad’s exit from the sets.
