Actress Katrina Kaif pleasing her fans in Patna

katrina

The most popular girl of Bollywood definitely enjoys the love and affection of her fans across the nation. And thus there was Katrina Kaif pleasing her fans in Patna, addressing them in Bhojpuri, though she still isn’t fluent in Hindi.

Sounds funny but this actually happened when Kat, along with the Raajneeti director Prakash Jha and co-actors Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai and Ravi Kishen, was in Patna for the launch of TV channel Morya. At the event Jha requested her to speak in Bhojpuri, the local language.

Kat, who loves challenges, was eager to learn a few words, so Jha told Ravi Kishen, Manoj Tiwari and Manoj Bajpai - all pro in Bhojpuri - to teach her how to address the public in Bhojpuri. The sentence was Ka haal ba Patna and the actress instead of saying haal ba, kept on pronouncing halba. After a point, it sounded like halwa. The situation obviously turned out to be hilarious.

Then she was told that halwa means a sweet dish while haal ba means, ‘How are you’? As reported, the actress took time to learn the line, but finally said it quite confidently while addressing the public.

What do you have to say about this tongue-twisting incident?
