Payal Rohatgi knows that men don’t look beyond her luscious body. But her hour-glass figure and oomph factor are an outcome of her thinking mind. The sexy siren is a qualified computer engineer and she is as good with the nitty-gritty of the cyber space as she is with the glamouratti.
“My oomph factor helped me enter B-town. I have a naturally gifted body. Today, every actress is striving to have a fit and sexy body and everyone wants to don a bikini,” says the hot actress. Her string of forgettable B-grade flicks is passé now. Payal is gradually stepping up the Bollywood ladder. She’ll next be seen playing a television journalist in Sanjay Jha Mastan’s forthcoming film. Other than that she is also doing a Russian film and a TV serial directed by Anubhav Sinha which is inspired by Payal’s love-hate relationship with the contestants in Bigg Boss.
“I am sure people will now see beyond my hot bod,” she says. The actress, who made eyeballs pop when she got into a bikini and plunged into the swimming pool in Bigg Boss 2, feels the high trend of exposing on TV will not last long. “It’s a trend to follow what works and it will continue for another year or so. If the audience gets to see anything in abundance, they lose interest. If everyone strips, there’s no fun,” says Payal.
Single, stylish and sexy... Payal has it all, but reveals that she doesn’t have men flocking around her, “Men get intimidated by me. They feel I am very high-handed and snobbish. I get a lot of fan mail, but no one has tried to hit on me so far. I am missing that pick up line in my life,” she regrets.
