Lata Mangeshkar is the Nightingale of India

She is the Nightingale of India. She is the icon for thousands and thousands of Indians who want to become singers. She’s sung over 30,000 songs in a career that has spanned 67 years. And she shows no signs of stopping any time soon.

After teaming up with A R Rahman, she re-introduced herself to the present generation. And we feel she will most likely be the next generation’s favourite singer as well. On that note, here’s looking at her major work.
